Our goal here is simple – to make shopping for Meccano a pleasure for our customers.
We have been trading on eBay since 2002, and over the years something has been lost.
There are persistent faults on eBay which impact both us and our customers on a daily basis – the option to request a combined postage invoice is hidden on the app, items drop off invoices, and messages to and from our customers are sometimes censored, just to name a few.
By creating our own website, we can provide the same efficient customer service that we could in the early days – accurate postage charges, easily requested invoices, and most importantly, free and clear communication between us and our customers.
Thanks to our site, we can help with any questions you may have, provide a more personal service with orders, and you can even leave messages on the forum for all to see.
